- Engagement refers to the employment, hiring, or utilisation of a Candidate by a Client on a permanent or contract basis
- Website refers to the online platform operated by AAR Recruitment Solutions Ltd for the purpose of providing recruitment services.
Scope of Services
AAR provides recruitment and staffing solutions, including but not limited to :
- Temporary staffing
- Permanent recruitment
- Contract and locum engagement
- Workforce planning
- Compliance and screening services
All services are subject to these Terms and any additional terms agreed in writing between AAR and the Client.
Use of Website
Users agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not :
- Submit inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information

Candidate Obligations
Candidates agree to :

- Maintain professional standards during Assignments or interviews
- Notify AAR of any changes affecting availability, compliance, or employment status
Falsification of information may result in immediate removal from AAR’s database.
Client Obligations
Client agree to :
- Provide accurate job descriptions, rate information, and assignment details
- Ensure safe and compliant working environments for supplied staff
- Comply with relevant legislation, including the Agency Workers Regulations 2010, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and UK employment law
- Promptly report any incidents, accidents, or concerns involving AAR staff
- Pay invoices in accordance with agreed terms
Clients are responsible for supervising temporary workers during Assignments.
Fees and Payment
Fees for temporary, permanent, or contract services are detailed in the Client Service Agreement or Terms of Business issued separately.
- Invoices must be settled within the agreed payment period
- Late payments may incur interest and administrative charges
- Non-payment may result in suspension of services or legal recovery action
Candidates will never be charged for finding work, in line with the Employment Agencies Act 1973.
Compliance and Screening
AAR adheres to strict compliance standards in line with UK healthcare regulations. This may include
- Enhanced or Standard DBS checks
- Right-to-work verification
- Mandatory training certification
- Professional registration verification (NMC/HCPC, etc.)
- Reference checks
AAR reserves the right to decline applications from individuals who do not meet required standards.
